The paperwork is simple and prepared by NOAH’s staff.
Your selected niche is documented in a “Right of Inurnment Certificate.” The staff works with you to have the granite faceplate inscribed and installed. The deceased’s name, date of birth, and date of death are inscribed. Other names may be inscribed, but the dates are not inscribed until death has occurred. There is a special place at the bottom of the stone for a favorite saying, inscribed in italics.
Upon inurnment, staff prepares a Burial Certificate documenting the details and participants. A copy of the official Death Certificate and Cremation Certificate is provided by family to the cemetery staff.
It is common to have questions, so please do ask. We are here for you.
